Sun-Earth’s Super Multi Bus-bar (SMBB) technology marks a breakthrough in solar panel manufacturing. Employing an AI-controlled sub-millimeter precision welding system, we precisely join 16 Main Bus-Bars, each less than 0.3mm thick, to nearly 400 minor Bus-bars per cell. Each DXM8-72HBG module boasts over 10,000 meticulously welded points, completed in under a minute on Sun Earth Solar production line.

The SMBB drives higher efficiency and reliability in solar modules. By incorporating finer and more numerous Bus-Bars, SMBB reduces shading and shortens current transmission distances, effectively decreasing series resistance and enhancing current collection. This innovation not only increases solar cell tolerance to micro-cracks and fractures, but also boosts panel output power by up to 2%.
